Black Girls Break Bread is an amazing organization, they have created a much needed safe space for women to get together and bond along with letting themselves be free of their everyday worries. The Black Girls Break Bread events are a time for women to not only come out and have a good time, but to also come out and express themselves and just let the amazing energy guide them. Black Girls Break Bread has allowed women to come together with other women and realize that there are people that feel the same ways that they do and they are not alone and also create new friends and SISTERS. Black Girls Break Bread is what we all need and I can't wait to see what else they have in store!

I am one of fifty! This platform is soul-freeing. An afternoon of good food, stimulating conversation and reverence has been my experience. Sensibly unpacking life and functioning at a very high level is taxing. But Black Girls Break Bread offers an experience specifically for Black women in which we can take the masks off, drop our titles and simply be! After each event, I have left feeling refreshed and shining. ‚ú®Thanks ladies! Iron sharpens iron.
